Early rise. It's really cool to wake up without rushing, to give yourself time, just wake up 30 minutes earlier and do everything slowly and gradually
The second habit is when I wake up, I don't pick up my phone for the first 30 minutes for sure. When I stopped picking up my phone in the morning, my brain started working differently in the morning. Now the first 30 minutes for me are tea, breakfast without a phone
The third habit is banal - walking, walking a lot. Without headphones, I just go out in the evening and walk along the street, in the park. It has become a part of me. Like meditation
And the fourth habit is to allow yourself to do nothing. Sometimes you just don't want to, but who said you have to? I just allow myself not to wash my cup or not to make my bed, just because I don't want to and it relieves me.
