Mini-meditation: "i have the right to be"

🔕 Find a quiet place. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Put your hands on your heart or knees. Take a deep breath... and exhale...
🌬 Inhale - slowly, deeply, to the very bottom of the abdomen.
Exhale - smoothly, releasing tension.
Repeat 3-4 times.
🌸 Now whisper to yourself (or out loud):
I am here.
I have a place in this world.
I do not interfere - I just live.
My presence is not a mistake.
I have the right to breathe, to feel, to be.
Feel how the words lie inside.
As if the soul straightens a little.
You are not noise, not a hindrance, not superfluous.
You are light. You are reality. You are whole.
💞 Finale:
Let everything that is not mine go.
Let love remain.
I promise myself: I will not give up myself for someone else's comfort.
I deserve to be. Just to be.
And that is already enough.
Take one last deep breath...
Feel your body, your strength.
And gently open your eyes.
You are home. In yourself. 🤍
