π₯ 1. Cucumber Fresh with Lime and Mint
Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. honey (optional)
5-6 mint leaves
Sparkling water
Ice
Preparation:
Peel the cucumber and blend in a blender with lime juice, mint and honey. Strain through a sieve. Add sparkling water, add ice - and enjoy!
π 2. Watermelon Smoothie-Mojito
Ingredients:
2 cups seedless watermelon
1/2 lime
Handful of mint
1 tsp. honey or agave syrup
Ice
Preparation:
Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Serve with ice and a sprig of mint.
π 3. Pineapple Ginger Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice (freshly squeezed or natural sugar-free)
Small piece of fresh ginger (1–2 cm)
Juice of 1/2 orange
Sparkling water
Ice
Preparation:
Blend pineapple juice with ginger and orange. Strain. Add sparkling water and ice.
π 4. Basil Honey Lemonade
Ingredients:
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp. honey
Handful of fresh basil
Water (sparkling or regular)
Ice
Preparation:
Mash basil with honey. Add lemon juice, stir. Pour over water, add ice.
π« 5. Berry Detox Cocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 cup blueberries or raspberries
1/2 cucumber
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Mint
Water or coconut water
Ice
Preparation:
Blend everything in a blender, strain if desired. Add water and serve with ice.
π‘ Tips:
Use frozen berries - this will save time and give better coolness.
Instead of sugar, it is better to add honey or agave syrup.
Coconut water is a great alternative to carbonated drinks: a natural electrolyte!
