Ice

Preparation:
Peel the cucumber and blend in a blender with lime juice, mint and honey. Strain through a sieve. Add sparkling water, add ice - and enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 cups seedless watermelon

1/2 lime

Handful of mint

1 tsp. honey or agave syrup

Ice

Preparation:
Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Serve with ice and a sprig of mint.

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple juice (freshly squeezed or natural sugar-free)

Small piece of fresh ginger (1–2 cm)

Juice of 1/2 orange

Sparkling water

Preparation:
Blend pineapple juice with ginger and orange. Strain. Add sparkling water and ice.
