5 breakfasts that won't steal your morning

I'm not a chef or a food blogger. I just like to wake up without suffering and without an empty stomach. I don't know how to cook beautifully for photos. But I have five recipes that really work when you're late or just don't want to strain yourself.

First - oatmeal in a jar. In the evening, pour in the flakes, pour in yogurt or plant-based milk, add nuts, berries. In the morning, open the lid - it's ready. And you can take it with you.

Second - scrambled eggs with vegetables. 5 minutes for everything: eggs, tomatoes, a piece of cheese. A frying pan, salt, pepper - and that's it.

Third - toast with avocado. A classic, but it always saves. Toaster, avocado, some lemon and a pinch of salt.

Fourth - cottage cheese with honey and fruit. No need to even cut it nicely. Just mix everything in a bowl.

Fifth - smoothie. Banana, berries from the freezer, yogurt or kefir - all in a blender, half a minute - and you can drink.

These breakfasts are not about cooking. They are about giving yourself the right not to complicate things. To be kind to yourself, even if there is little time. And let the whole day be tastier.
