Grandma's test for a real man — or how to recognize a wizard in a frog world
id: 10057219

My grandma was a real lady: she wore hats on dates, baked pies between waltzes and tangos, and always unmistakably recognized whether she was in front of a wizard or just a frog in a suit.

Her main test was very simple:
👉 "Look at how he holds your umbrella. If he silently covers you from the rain — hold it. If he says 'you have hands' — run, princess."

Over the years, I have added a little to my grandmother's philosophy:

✨ If he remembers exactly how you drink your coffee - with a hint of cinnamon, a little sweet, like your messages - that's something.

✨ If after your hard day he doesn't hide, but unties your ponytail on your head and says: "Tell me everything. I'm here. I'm your home." - this is not just a guy. This is a man with a capital "M".

✨ And if he calmly endures your kitchen dances, philosophical reflections at three in the morning, and "oh, I accidentally posted a story with a cat and you" - then this is a completely different fairy tale, a beautiful one I would say.

And for now...
I seem to be still looking for my wizard. But I don't need a frog with good skins. I need someone who will one day say:
"You know, I don't want to be your episode. I want to be your story."

Well, you're definitely not afraid of the rain? ☔️😉
