What to do on the weekend if you are tired of tv series and social networks

Sometimes I wake up on Saturday and think: "Oh, two days off!" An hour later - TV series, phone, kitchen, phone, TV series. The result - evening, and I don't remember anything.
To prevent this from happening again, I once made a list of "what to do if you are tired of everything." Not a plan, but rather a hint to myself.
Sometimes I go where I have not been before. Even if it is a nearby park or street. Walking without a goal is strange, but the brain reboots.
Sometimes I buy products that I usually don't take - and cook something experimental. Even if there is no one to eat later, but it is fun.
You can arrange a photo shoot for yourself at home. In strange clothes. With a friend. Or even with a cat. Not for Instagram - just to make yourself laugh.
I like to turn off the Internet and sort through old things. A closet, a box of letters. Sometimes you find forgotten postcards - and the day is already different.
You can go to a museum or an exhibition. Even to a small private hall. It's always quiet there, the people are strange - and so are you.
Sometimes I write letters. Paper ones. I never send them - I just put them in a mailbox. It's funny, but it works as therapy.
And you can also just get some sleep. Or get up early, make cocoa and just sit by the window, watching someone important go somewhere.
Sometimes happiness is not new impressions, but a little rest from everything. The main thing is not to be angry with yourself if the day still goes like a TV series.
Sometimes the most useful activity is to do nothing. But with pleasure.
