When was the last time someone looked at me as if they saw something real, and not just me standing in a crowd? 🤔

In the gym, for example, I try to give it my all - my muscles burn, my breathing gets out of hand, and people around me seem to be simply focused on their goals. And yet, sometimes, when someone accidentally catches my gaze and it's not just an interest in the external, but something deeper - it's as if a spark flares up inside 🔥. This look doesn't just evaluate, doesn't compare, it seems to read what is hidden behind all this effort and fatigue.

It seems to me that this is not about sports and not about the body at all. It's about being truly noticed. For someone to see not only the outside, but what's inside - fears, doubts, hopes, dreams. To feel that there's a story behind every smile, and a whole world behind every look.

Sometimes it seems to me that there are fewer and fewer looks like this. People are in a hurry, everyone has their own things to do, and no one stops. Maybe they just don't know how to see for real? Or are they afraid? Or do they just not care?

I want to believe that somewhere there is someone who looks exactly like this. Not because they have to, but because they want to. Not for the sake of a game, but for the sake of understanding. Because seeing is already half the journey.

Do you think you ever have a moment like this? When you look at someone and suddenly understand - here they are, not just a person, but something important. And you want to not just see, but remember this look, keep it somewhere deep inside. I'm sure you do. Sometimes you just need to learn to notice.

That's how I live - I hope, I wait, I try to be such that the gaze lingers on me for a long time. And not just on the figure, but on what is truly important.

Have you had such moments? When someone saw you for real? Write, I'd like to hear. 😊
