Avocados off toast: three strange but delicious ways
id: 10056949

Avocados. Everyone makes toasts with them. A little lemon, a little salt, an egg on top - a classic. But one day I thought: what if... I go further? And I did.

My first experiment was accidental. I had half an overripe avocado and a banana left. I mixed them in a blender, added a spoonful of cocoa and honey. The result was a dessert similar to mousse. Thick, viscous, with a chocolate note and almost no guilt. That's how my love affair with avocados off toast began.

The second recipe I found on an Asian blog: avocado with rice noodles, sesame and soy sauce. Absolutely unexpected - the fatty texture of the fruit seems to merge with the noodles into a single dish. Add some chili - and it's ready.

And the third method is not about food. You can make a homemade hand mask from avocado. Puree half of the fruit, add olive oil and a drop of lemon - 10 minutes under cling film, and your skin will feel like it's been to a spa. Especially in winter - a real salvation.

Now I always have 1-2 pieces in the refrigerator in reserve. This is my universal assistant: in case of unexpected guests, a bad mood or dry skin. The main thing is not to be afraid to try something new. Sometimes unexpected combinations give the most striking result.
