I wake up without an alarm clock (if possible, of course), open the window and allow myself to just sit in silence for at least 5 minutes. This is my mini-meditation.
Then a glass of water and a favorite morning stretch. My ideal breakfast is oatmeal with banana and peanut butter or eggs with avocado and toast. Coffee is mandatory (where without it), but only after a glass of water and breakfast such a small arrangement with yourself.
The ideal day is when I'm not racing, but walking at my own pace. I'm only planning 2-3 important things. No more need. Better quality than in a hurry.
I try to spend at least an hour a day without a screen: reading a book, walking my dog, or just watching people in the park.
Small "joys for the soul"
A candle with the scent of vanilla or lavender is always there when I work.
A cup of herbal tea after lunch is a small ritual.
Walk in the park if possible.
The ideal evening Is a warm shower, soft pajamas.
There is silence before bedtime. I am not afraid of boredom it is in it that peace is born.
Happiness is not a goal, but a background. And it can be created starting small.
