Silence is also an answer

There are moments when you don’t feel like talking. You don’t feel like explaining, justifying, or proving something. You just want to be. In silence. And that’s absolutely normal.

I used to think that being silent was a weakness. That if I didn’t answer, didn’t participate, didn’t explain, then I was losing. But then I noticed: it was in silence that I heard myself the loudest.

Silence is a way to stop the noise of the outside world. It’s a moment when you can finally feel what you really want, without other people’s expectations and pressure. It’s a pause that heals.

I’ve learned to appreciate the moments when you can be silent - without embarrassment, without explanations. Take a walk alone, turn off the music, don’t respond to messages instantly. It’s not an escape. It’s a return to yourself.

In a world that constantly demands something, silence is an act of inner freedom.
