When I want a fairy tale - I don't think about Paris or Rome.
â €
I need something completely different: fog, wooden doors, old keys and windows with curtains.

One of the most magical places I've ever been to was a small town in Austria. It smelled of stone, bread and air after the rain. I walked along a cobbled street and thought: "If they were filming a movie in my head - it would be here."

A fairy tale is not castles. It's when you go into a cafe and old jazz is playing. Or when they sell postcards with cats on the street and you want to buy them all.
â €
In Poland, I was in a city where a white peacock lives in the main square. He just walks there, like a resident.
â €
And in Italy - a village where they pour wine into tea cups in cafes.
â €
I love such little things. You don't need a guide there, because the main thing is the feeling.
â €
You want to go to a fairy tale not for the sake of photos, but to remind yourself: the world is still beautiful, strange and full of details.
â €
And you don't have to buy a ticket. Sometimes it's enough to just turn off the GPS and take a wrong turn.
â €
Because a fairy tale is always a bit of an accident.
