🌼 Yoga in nature is not just a workout,
it is a date with yourself. When I spread my mat on the grass, it is as if I turn on a new mode:
— thoughts subside
— the body wakes up
— the soul smiles
⠀In nature, you do not just "train".
You breathe with the earth.
You stretch your arms to the sky - and it seems to embrace you in return. ☁️🌤️
🧘‍♀️ Why do I choose nature over the gym?
✔️ The sounds of nature are the best music.
(Sorry, playlists, but birds chirping is the best!)
✔️ The sun warms better than any sauna.
(And gives you vitamin D, by the way!)
⠀✔️ Fewer people, more silence.
(No mirrors, whispers, or other people's dumbbells.)
🍃 My favorite time is morning.
When the grass is still cool, and the world is just waking up...
As soon as you get into the Downward Facing Dog pose, it seems like you're not just stretching,
you're embracing the new day in all its glory.
And then - a cup of herbal tea, bare feet in the dew...
Romance? Yes.
But also therapy for the mind and body.
When you breathe with the wind, grow with the grass and smile at the sky - you are already happy.
