🎯 Why a bow?
Some people love running for the adrenaline, some people love yoga for peace, but I chose a bow and arrows.
Why? Because it’s not just a sport — it’s a philosophy.
Every shot is a test of concentration, self-control, and… intuition.
You stand, aim, hold your breath — and at that moment the whole world freezes.
No rush, no unnecessary words. Just you, the target, and the shot. 🔥
🧘♀️ Shooting is like meditation
Archery taught me to be in the moment.
You don’t think about the shopping list, about who didn’t call back, or where the other sock disappeared to.
You are all in the shot. In the breath. In posture.
This is the perfect way to relieve stress and clear your head.
(Sometimes even healthier than chocolate or shopping 😉)
🏹 A little strength — and a lot of character
A bow requires more than just physical fitness — it requires an inner core.
You don't just pull the bowstring — you overcome yourself.
With each hit in the "bull's eye" you become more confident, calmer and more accurate — not only at the shooting range, but in life as well.
💬 Would you like it?
Have you ever held a bow in your hands?
Have you ever tried to aim, holding your breath, and release an arrow with millimeter accuracy?
No? Or maybe it's time to try? 😉
After all, who knows, maybe a modern Robin Hood or Legolas lives inside you too? 🏹
💖 For me, it's not just a sport...
It's time alone with myself,
it's a challenge to my own absent-mindedness,
it's the joy of every accurate arrow.
And most importantly, it's a pleasure that never gets boring.
