Desserts that are worth making at least once in a lifetime
id: 10057169

I have days when I want to do everything “according to the recipe”: live by the clock, eat “correctly”, be an adult and collected. But then I suddenly catch myself with apple crumble rising in the oven, and an open can of condensed milk on the table. Why? Because I just need something warm, aromatic and “unnecessary”.

The list of my “one day for sure” desserts is not just food. These are moments.
🍮 French crème brulee is perfect if you want to feel like you are in a small cafe where everyone speaks more quietly. The crunch of the caramel crust that you break through with a spoon is a ritual.
🍓 Berry panna cotta — the most delicate and surprisingly simple. If there ever comes a day when you need to simplify everything — make it.
🍪 Soft cookies with chocolate — not store-bought, but the kind you eat straight from the pan. Warm, sticky, with a little salt — I always bake them at night.
🍫 Fondant with liquid filling — when you want something... straightforward. This is a dessert without compromise.
🍋 Lemon tart with meringue — when you want freshness and sun. When I make it, it’s like I’m calling spring early.

I’m not a chef, I confuse degrees and often forget where the measuring cup is. But desserts are not about precision. They are about the courage to pamper yourself.
And yes, my personal trick: cooking something sweet is like an act of caring. Even if only for yourself.
