Not just silence, but real inner silence that comes from a person. After all, sometimes words are just a sound, and actions say much more. And quiet people usually act exactly like that - quietly, but confidently. They don’t compete for attention, don’t pretend to be superheroes. They just are. And in this “just being” there is something very attractive and very real. 💭
It seems to me that in the modern world, where everyone is constantly running and hurrying somewhere, such people are a real rarity. They know how to listen, and not just hear. They don’t try to impress, but simply accept. And in this calmness and acceptance there is no game or mask. This is sincerity. Yes, it may sound like a platitude, but for some reason it is exactly what catches your attention. 💫
It often seems to me that people with loud voices are simply afraid of silence. They are afraid that if they suddenly stop talking, no one will notice them. And the quiet ones, on the contrary, are not afraid to be themselves, even if it does not fit into the loud standards. Perhaps that is why they turn out to be those who really know how to love - without unnecessary noise and drama.
So I think - maybe it is in this silence that true understanding and care are hidden? Maybe it is precisely in not shouting about your feelings, but showing them with deeds, that the main value is? Although, of course, these are only my thoughts, and I do not know how it looks from the other side. 😌
And what do you think - what is more important, to loudly declare yourself or just be there when it is really needed?
