Why “i don’t need a relationship” always ends in my kitchen 🍷🔥😉☕✨

He says, “I don’t need a relationship,” and sits across from me in the kitchen, watching me cut a lemon 🍋 for tea. His smile seems calm, but his eyes already give away that he’s going to stay late 😉. I know this scenario by heart: first, light chatter, then “well, let’s have a glass of wine” 🍷 and, of course, that very moment when he suddenly appears nearby, closer than necessary…
It’s funny, but the phrase “I don’t need anything” usually comes from men who ultimately want everything 🔥. My energy, laughter, hands, the smell of my hair... And the night 🌙 that begins with a simple "I'm not staying long" and ends with us meeting the dawn together 🌅. So yes, "I don't need a relationship" is probably just a way of saying: "I haven't figured out yet how to explain why I want you." And my kitchen... well, it's long gotten used to such stories 🥂. And to the fact that the morning after them always smells of coffee ☕ and something that neither of us intended to start ✨.
