I get up in the morning, look in the mirror and think: "I wish I could be a super-healthy person today! Latte with oat milk, morning yoga, avocado on toast..." Sounds nice, doesn't it? But the reality is a little more fun.
The first sip of a latte with oat milk and then I realize that I'm almost healthy. Almost! Delicious, healthy, and generally a straight model for Instagram. But my gaze involuntarily slides to the table, where it lies peacefully... Yes, yes, my personal insidious enemy is a croissant with nutella. Well, who put it there? Not me, honestly! This is some kind of dark conspiracy of the universe against my figure.
And the internal struggle begins. "You're a healthy lifestyle!" says one voice. "And the croissant is so soft and chocolate..." whispers another. In the end, the chocolate voice wins and I sink into sweet bliss, washing down with the same oatmeal latte, as if that's how I can clear my conscience.
But you know, that's the whole point of life: not to be perfect, but to allow yourself to be real. You can be both a healthy lifestyle and a croissant queen at the same time. The main thing is not to be dramatic and smile at yourself in the mirror after the second bite.
After all, we are all human beings, not robots programmed for salads and spinach. Sometimes you want chocolate, sometimes a doughnut, and sometimes just lie on the couch with a book (and with the same croissant, which is now like a best friend).
So my main wisdom is don't be afraid of your little weaknesses. Healthy lifestyle is not a verdict, but a lifestyle with added humor and chocolate.
