It seems to me that being a mother is not just a role or a duty, but some kind of special gift that cannot be simply taken and put aside. It is as if God has given us the opportunity to create life, to give love that continues through children. And when you choose something else, like work or personal ambitions, the question involuntarily arises - are you then giving up the very essence of femininity, what is given from above?
On the other hand, no one says that you cannot develop and strive for something more. But sometimes it seems that in pursuit of a career and achievements we lose something real, something that is difficult to replace with any titles and salaries. And you know, this is not about condemnation, but rather about understanding yourself.
When I look at men, I think about how important it is for them to see a woman not only as a colleague or a friend, but also as a mother to their children. After all, this is not just a desire - it is part of their nature, their hope and dream. And if a woman chooses otherwise, not because she cannot, but because she does not want to, it is as if the door is closed for both.
It seems to me that every choice reflects our values and how we see our place in this world. And even if there are so many opportunities and freedom around us now, we must not forget that God gave us the gift of being the guardians of life. And this gift is not just a duty, but great joy and meaning.
Sometimes I think about what my path will look like when the choice becomes especially acute. Will I be able to keep this understanding in myself and accept what is truly important, or will I get carried away by something superficial? Probably, everyone has their own answer, and this is normal. The main thing is not to lose yourself and not to forget about what is truly important.
Have you ever thought about how much the choice between career and family is not just a matter of priorities, but a matter of soul and faith? After all, sometimes it is in this choice that our true essence is revealed.
