When I light a candle, I think about how every little spark is something fragile and elusive. And at the same time incredibly strong. 🔥 I like to watch the flame sway, how the shadows dance on the walls, how the light gently touches objects. There is something intimate in these little things that defies words.
Sometimes I put candles next to each other, as if I were creating a small world out of light. 🌙 They make the night warmer, and even loneliness seems less scary. I can sit for hours, look at the flame and think about things I usually don’t think about. About life, about people, about myself.
I love candles because they remind me: beauty can be quiet. ✨ It doesn't require likes, approval or confirmation. It just is. And if you learn to notice such moments, even the grayest days can become cozy.
And you know what's the strangest thing? Sometimes I think I'm more in love with this little flame than with people. It never deceives, never leaves, never demands too much. It just shines, and that's enough. 🖤
