I never thought that a cup of coffee could change the perception of taste. But one day it happened to me in Indonesia. A small cafe on the street, plastic chairs, the noise of mopeds, hot air - nothing romantic. And suddenly a cup was placed in front of me.

The aroma was so rich that I still remember it. The taste is strong, thick, slightly bitter, but with some unusual shade. It was not at all like the usual coffee from a coffee shop at home. It seemed that it tells the story of this land, its sun and humidity.

Since then, I have always looked for something similar. But, to be honest, I have never encountered that same taste anywhere else. I think it is not only about the coffee, but also about the moment itself. Sometimes the taste of a drink is connected to the atmosphere around it, and the memory becomes unique.

I often think: how many different stories are hidden in the food and drinks we try while traveling. They become anchors of memory. Just inhale the aroma - and you are there again, among the noise and heat, with a cup in your hand.

Now, when I drink coffee at home, I remember that day. And every time I smile, because I know: a simple cup can hold a whole world.
