My favorite psychology podcast
id: 10047282

Each of us has our own "little therapy". For some, it's sports, for others, music. For me, it's a podcast that I turn on almost every day.

I found it by accident. I was just looking for something in the background while cleaning. But the host's voice was so calm that I stopped and started listening. They talked about habits, how the brain reacts to stress, how we complicate our own lives.

The most amazing thing is that while listening, I don't feel like they're "working" on me. These are not lectures or boring advice. This is a conversation, as if with a smart friend. And each topic resonates: about comparing yourself to others, about internal criticism, about the ability to relax.

I noticed that after listening, I begin to react differently to little things. For example, I used to get angry at traffic jams. Now I think: “This is an opportunity to turn on a podcast.” And my mood changes.

For me, this podcast has become almost like morning coffee — a habit that charges me up. Sometimes it seems to me that I have even become softer towards myself. And you know, this feeling is priceless.
