How i cope with stress and fatigue
id: 10057169

I used to perceive stress as something normal: "everyone has it." But then I realized that it was like a backpack that gradually becomes too heavy. And I decided to look for my own ways to unload it.

The first is breathing. It sounds trivial, but when I feel like I'm boiling, I just leave for a couple of minutes and take a few deep breaths. It's like a "reset" button.

The second is walking. Even if there is absolutely no time, I try to walk for at least 15 minutes. It's interesting that it is at such moments that good thoughts or even solutions to problems come.

The third is that I allowed myself to rest. It used to seem that rest is laziness. Now I understand: if I'm squeezed out, I cannot be effective. Sometimes the best way to deal with stress is to just lie down and watch a light movie or have a "day without doing anything".

And another little secret - I keep a "box of calm". There are things in it that help me switch off: favorite photos, postcards, a letter from a friend, an aromatic candle. Sometimes it's enough to open it, and it's easier.
