Vitamins for autumn
id: 10047282

Autumn is always a bit of a challenge for me. The days are getting shorter, there is less sun, and sometimes I catch myself thinking that my energy is also getting lower. It’s as if the body is reacting to the change of seasons — you wake up already tired, and your head is full of a thousand thoughts.

I was skeptical about vitamins for a long time. It seemed that if you eat right, then you don’t need any supplements. But then I realized that apples and porridge won’t save you from the blues. Since then, I’ve gradually introduced into the habit what really works for me.

The most important thing is vitamin D. I’ve always lacked it, and especially in autumn. I take it in courses and I feel the difference — less drowsiness and more desire to go somewhere. Also magnesium. It seems to me that this is a salvation for the nervous system, especially when there are too many things to do.

But the main thing is that I made a habit of not just swallowing pills, but observing my condition. I even keep small notes - what I take, how I feel, when it is easier to get up and on what days my mood is better. It turned out to be more interesting than I thought.

Plus I added "my" little things: always a glass of water with lemon in the morning, and warm herbal tea in the evening. It seems like a small thing, but it is these little things that create a feeling of caring for yourself.

For me, vitamins are not just jars on the shelf, but a way to say to myself: "I want to feel better." And it works.
