How i organize my morning to get everything done

I used to hate the morning. It seemed like the most tormenting time of the day. Getting up, getting ready, not being late — everything turned into a race. But gradually I realized that it is the morning that sets the tone for the day. And if I do it right, then I will thank myself in the evening.

The first thing I changed was the time I wake up. I decided to get up a little earlier, but without fanaticism. So I got an extra half hour that I can spend only on myself. Usually it's tea and 10 minutes of silence.

The second thing is that I stopped grabbing my phone right after waking up. I used to open social networks, and the day would start with other people's news and emotions. Now I put my phone aside and first turn on calm music or a podcast.

I also introduced a small ritual: every evening I write down three things to do for tomorrow. Only three, not ten. In the morning I already know where to start, and there is no sense of chaos.

Of course, not everything always goes according to plan. But I have a feeling that I control the morning, and not it me.
