Easy recipe
300 g pumpkin
2 tbsp oatmeal
1 tbsp honey or to taste
1 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and bake for a bit until soft.
Mix with the remaining ingredients and grind in a blender until creamy.
Serve with yogurt, nuts or berries to taste.
