If I could choose one feeling that would stay with me forever, I would choose lightness. Not the lightness when everything is perfect, but the one that comes in moments when you just breathe, when nothing is imposed, when the world does not require decisions.
I remember the summer when I sat on the roof of an old house and watched the sunset. The wind touched my hair, the warmth of the sun left a mark on my skin, and there was not a single unnecessary thought in my head. Lightness is the feeling that I would like to keep. It is not connected with events or people, it is connected with you yourself.
Of course, there is joy, delight, surprise, love - all this is important. But lightness is like a foundation on which you can build everything else. With it, it is easier to love, create, dream. Without it, everything seems heavy, and the world seems oppressive.
When I think about lightness, I remember small moments: laughter with friends, a quiet evening with music, the smell of morning coffee. All these moments add up to a feeling that I want to keep. It does not require a big celebration, it is not loud, it is quiet, but noticeable.
Sometimes I catch myself trying to remember these moments so that they become a part of me. I write down my thoughts, photograph details, but most importantly, I try to preserve the inner feeling. It gives strength and confidence.
And if I could keep only one feeling forever, it would be lightness. Because with it, everything else comes easier: joy, inspiration, interest, love. Lightness turns ordinary days into small miracles, and difficult moments into lessons that do not oppress.
I think that each person is looking for their own feeling that they would like to preserve. For someone it may be passion, for someone confidence, for someone peace. But for me - lightness. It makes life softer, more pleasant, brighter. And that is its value.
