Many people believe that traveling only needs company to be fun and safe. But my experience says the opposite. When you set off on a journey alone, you discover a new dimension - both in the world and in yourself.

Firstly, you begin to hear your own desires. Where to go? What to see? How much time to spend in a museum or on the beach? The answers belong only to you. And this is an incredible feeling - to live without compromises for at least a few days.

Secondly, the barrier to communication disappears. It was on solo trips that I found the most new acquaintances. People approach me, ask where you are from, what you are interested in. And also - you become more attentive to details: the smell of coffee on a narrow street, the lights in the windows of an evening city, the sound of the waves, which you do not have to share with anyone.

Thirdly, such trips are tough. If you cope with tickets, language, unfamiliar city - in everyday life you become much more confident.

Therefore, I advise everyone to try traveling "solo" at least once. It's not about loneliness - it's about true freedom and deep self-knowledge.

But of course it would be very interesting to travel with your loved one.
