The world is crazy fast these days. We are constantly running, flipping through the tape, listening to several things at once. And in this chaos, I found my quiet island - baking.

Flour on my hands, the smell of cinnamon in the air, the dough that comes to life under my fingers... this is a real meditation. You can't rush: yeast needs its time to rise, the dough needs warmth and attention. And you learn patience.

And baking is also creativity. You can create dozens of variations from one simple recipe. Today it's classic bread, tomorrow - a baguette with rosemary, the day after tomorrow - buns with pumpkin puree. Each recipe is like a small experiment, the result of which is always satisfying.

And finally, it is the gift of joy. It is difficult to imagine anything more soulful than a fresh pie that you put on the table for friends or family. The smiles, the smell, the warmth - it’s as if you can literally bake happiness yourself.

So for me, baking is not just about cooking. It’s a way to slow down, feel yourself, and share love through taste and aroma.
