Running, yoga, a long walk in the fresh air… when my body is active, my mind finally breathes.

Honestly, working out has saved my nerves more than once 😅
Bad day? Workout. Too many thoughts? Squats. Emotional overload? Lunges and deep breaths.

I’ve realized: fitness isn’t just about the perfect body — it’s about emotional balance 🧘‍♀️
After moving, I feel alive, strong, and calm again.

✨ And if you’re into fitness (or just starting), here are a few things I’ve learned along the way:
• Don’t chase results — enjoy the process.
• 20 minutes a day is better than 2 hours once a month.
• Never compare yourself to others — your pace is enough.
• It’s okay to feel tired. Just don’t quit.
• The perfect body is the one you feel happy in ✨

Movement brings me back to myself.
No overthinking, no words — just flow, just energy ❤️‍🔥

Sport is my anti-stress, my meditation, my therapy.
