Honestly?
Before I forced myself to get up and move just a little, my mood was... blah.
My mind was foggy, my body felt heavy, and all I wanted was to wrap myself in a blanket and disappear for a day or two 😅

But I told myself:
"20 minutes. Just try. Not a workout — just movement."
And guess what happened?

✅ After 5 minutes — my breathing got deeper
✅ After 10 minutes — my body started to wake up
✅ After 20 minutes — my brain served its first clear thought of the day: "Okay... maybe life isn’t that bad!" 😄

Movement isn’t just about the body.
It’s a full mental reset.
It doesn’t matter what you do — a walk, dancing, stretching, a bit of yoga — but after just 15–20 minutes, EVERYTHING shifts:

✨ Your mood
✨ Your anxiety levels
✨ Your energy
✨ Your confidence

🟡 My little life hack: When I feel totally drained, I set a timer for 10 minutes.
If after 10 minutes it’s still not working — I stop, no guilt.
But almost always… I keep going 😉
