Every girl’s life today is like a marathon: studies, work, family, dreams, plans… Sometimes it seems that the world demands too much from us. But we often forget that true strength is not in always being perfect, but in remaining ourselves even in stressful situations.

The first step is to allow yourself to feel. Stress is not a weakness, it is a signal from the body and soul. If you feel stressed, it is important to find a way to release these emotions: a walk in the fresh air, a conversation with a friend, a warm bath or creativity.

The second step is to create “islands of peace”. These are places or things that give you a sense of stability. A favorite blanket, a cup of cocoa, music or an aromatic candle can become your little therapy.

The third step is to remember your own limits. Women often take on too much because they want to be useful and indispensable. But true strength is in the ability to say “no” and maintain your inner balance.

Don't be afraid to give yourself time to rest. Your body and your soul will thank you for it. Harmony within is your true beauty.
