Sometimes it seems like love is just an illusion, that we're just looking for someone to temporarily warm the cold part of our souls. βοΈ We want to believe in fairy tales, but reality so often slaps us in the face. And I ask myself: if love is always a test, can it be "true"?
But there are moments when you believe. When you look at someone and suddenly realize that their shortcomings aren't a problem for you, but part of a whole that you want to keep. π In those moments, it seems like, yes, true love exists — but it's rare, like a comet that you sometimes see once in a lifetime.
And yet, despite the skepticism, I want to believe. β¨ Because living without faith in true feelings means living in a gray world where everything is mechanical and predictable. But I want color, I want fire, I want that feeling that someone is able to understand you without words.
Do you believe that true love exists, or is it a myth that we tell ourselves to make it easier to breathe? π
