Avocado fits perfectly into my menu. For breakfast, I have avocado toast with lemon juice and a pinch of seeds. For lunch, I have a light salad with avocado, chicken, and fresh vegetables. And in the evening, I have guacamole with crispy bread. It seems like I can endlessly change the combinations, and avocado will always be the star.
What I love most is its versatility. It replaces mayonnaise, making dishes filling and rich, yet easy on the body. And it also lifts my mood. As soon as you cut into the fruit and see the tender green flesh, you immediately understand: this is it, proper nutrition, which is not a burden, but a joy.
For me, avocado has become more than just a product, but a symbol of self-care. 🥑 It reminds me that proper nutrition is not about restrictions, but a delicious and beautiful path to harmony and health.
