I’m a lawyer.
I have the degrees, the experience, the cases, the clients.
I have the “status.”
The title. The reputation. The things that look like success on paper.
But one day I asked myself:
“If I have everything I was taught to aim for…
why doesn’t it feel like enough?”
For a long time, I believed success meant:
📍 the job title
📍 the office
📍 the constant grind
📍 the right image
📍 the praise
📍 the productivity
But my inner voice had a different definition.
Today, success feels more like this:
🔹 staying connected to myself, even in a demanding system
🔹 being free from the fear of “what will people think”
🔹 doing meaningful work — without losing my soul
🔹 quality of life, not just quantity of tasks
🔹 saying “I’m proud of how I live” — not just what I do
🔹 being at peace, even if everything isn’t perfect
⚖️ I love my profession.
But I no longer tie my worth to it.
Success is not just the role I play —
it’s how I feel inside that role.
Success isn’t a title.
Success is a state of being.
Peace. Purpose. Freedom. And a little fire in the eyes.
