I have noticed more than once: you can write a perfect letter, withstand all the rules of business etiquette – and still not get a single response. And sometimes, you send a short, sincere “Good afternoon, it was nice to see you” – and the person opens up, live communication begins.
Business is the basis. They are needed so that we are understood, so that politeness is not confused with frivolity. But sincere emotions are a bridge that connects hearts.
When we speak the language of professionalism, but do not forget to add a little humanity – that's when communication becomes lively. Because behind any business there are people, and it is emotions that make these relationships warm, I say this as a businesswoman, hahaha.😆
