🌧🌧 cold and rainy autumn has arrived... but there's no time for depression!

🌧 Autumn without pauses

When you are a single mother, autumn does not look like a "depression season". It is more like a marathon with an umbrella in one hand and a backpack in the other.
Waking up at 7:00, coffee on the run, kindergarten, work, shopping, dinner, a fairy tale, sleep (sometimes).
And everything in a circle.

Yes, sometimes you just want to fall and do nothing. But then you see little eyes shining with happiness, because there was a “new car” in kindergarten today — and fatigue melts away.

☕ Little joys of a big mom

My recipe for autumn boredom is simple:

coffee, even if I drink it standing up;

a new raincoat (yes, even mom wants to be fashionable);

walks after kindergarten, when we collect leaves;

children's laughter, which warms better than any tea.

Because true happiness is not always quiet and perfect. Sometimes it runs around the apartment in pajamas with dinosaurs and spills juice on the sofa.

💛 Autumn is not for depression, but for gratitude

For the fact that I have strength.

For the fact that I have a child who fills my home with life.

And even for the rain — because it taught me to appreciate every ray of sunshine.

Yes, I get tired. Yes, there are tears. But instead of depression, I choose love.
Love for myself, for my son, for our small but real world.

Because even the coldest autumn is warmer when there is a small heart next to you that hugs you 💛
