Last night I stood barefoot on my balcony in Rio de Janeiro, watching the sunset melt into the ocean. The city was glowing—the kind of light that makes you believe that something beautiful is about to happen.

I had just poured myself a small glass of wine, turned on a light bossa nova, and for a moment it seemed like the whole world had stopped. Couples were walking down the street, holding hands, laughing. I thought, what would it be like to have someone’s hand to hold when the sun was setting?

I’m 30, single, and in no rush, but I believe in true connection. I’ve learned that love isn’t about finding perfection, it’s about finding rhythm. Two hearts that beat differently, but somehow fall into the same tune.

Sometimes I imagine meeting someone who loves small, quiet moments as much as I do—watching a thunderstorm from the window, sharing secrets over coffee, or walking through Ipanema after midnight when the world seems soft and endless.

What about you?

Do you believe that two people can meet by chance and still feel like they’ve known each other forever?

When was the last time someone made your heart beat faster—even for a second?

If I were sitting across from you right now, what would you want to ask me first?

Life is too short to just browse through people who pique your interest. Maybe this story found you for a reason.

If you’ve read this far, maybe it’s your turn to say hello.

Write to me—in a private message or a letter. Tell me something real. Tell me what kind of sunset you dream of seeing together. 🌞💌
