Physiotherapy in my life
id: 10052353

My first experience began after an injury, when every movement was a struggle. It was then that I first realized how important the body is—and how it can thank you for your care. These exercises, procedures, seemingly strange movements—all of this turned out to be more than just treatment, but a way to reconnect with myself.

Physiotherapy taught me to pay attention to details: my breathing, my stride, my posture, even the way I stand when I talk to someone. It's like a new language—the language of the body—which I'm learning to understand day by day. 💫

Sometimes it seems like progress is slow. But then suddenly you notice—the pain goes away, the muscles get stronger, the movement becomes freer. And you begin to believe: anything is possible if you don't give up.

Physical therapy has become more than just a part of my treatment, but a true philosophy. It's about respecting my body, patience, and self-love. And perhaps about how, step by step, to regain the joy of movement—and life. 💖
