A melancholic autumn dream…
id: 242067

A beautiful autumn Sunday… The weather was warm and sunny. I left my house in the morning and walked towards a forest about two kilometers away. The trees had shed their leaves, and a few scattered leaves remained on their branches. The leaves rustled and damp where I stepped. I walked for a long time.
Ah… a short distance ahead was a beautiful woman, like me, out for a walk… She was coming towards me, and as she got closer, her smile grew brighter.
When we met, she held out her hand, and I took it. She was smiling. Her eyes were bright, her lips quivering and rosy.
An unfamiliar feeling settled within me. I thought, “Is this woman my destiny?”
We walked together for a long time, holding hands, without speaking.
We picked the natural mushrooms that grew under the trees and among the bushes. We filled the basket she held in her hand.
Oh, suddenly it started raining. Thunder and lightning were crashing. We were soaked. We saw a hut a short distance away and ran to take shelter.
Rainwater pooled on his lips, running down his hair. He brought his lips to mine, and we kissed for a long time. The air grew cold, and he began to shiver. I quickly gathered some brushwood and started a fire. We cooked mushrooms we'd picked along the way over the fire and ate them.
He was cold. We wrapped ourselves in a blanket we found in the hut and tried to keep each other warm. Night had fallen. The air had become so cold that we hugged each other tightly. It started snowing that night. We warmed each other up in the blankets, and we fell asleep like that.
Oh, when we woke up in the morning, wrapped in each other's arms, the sun was shining and the place was filled with the beauty of daisies, tulips, and wildflowers. I don't remember what we did that night, when we fell asleep, but we both woke up happy and ran straight to the fields, adorned with daisies, tulips, and wildflowers. I put the daisies I'd picked into the woman's ears and made a crown for her head.
A river flowed just ahead. It was so hot that we quickly undressed and threw ourselves into the flowing waters. We hugged each other and kissed for a long time.
We were walking together, and at one point, I tripped over a stone and fell.
My face brushed against the wet leaves. When I looked up, I realized the mountains ahead were foggy and misty, my eyes were wet—my body was wet.
Oh no… no… I woke up and was covered in sweat. I thought, and a person can only experience the four seasons in their dreams.
