Toothache is a small hell that comes without warning.

Toothache isn't just physical discomfort. It's a feeling that the world is shrinking: plans disappear, thoughts shrink, and all that's left is a throbbing "thump-thump" in your temple. At such moments, you realize how much we underestimate our health while it's still there.

The worst part is that this pain often comes at night. When you're alone, when the silence is oppressive, and you hold your cheek with your hand, as if trying to soothe a cranky child inside you. You pace the room, drink water, search for a pill, whisper, "Please, let go"-but it's stubborn.

Toothache teaches us to take care of ourselves. Make an appointment in advance, don't put off treatment, don't endure it. And it also reminds us that in difficult times, we want someone by our side who will say, "Come here, little one, everything will be okay."

And yes, when the pain finally goes away, the world becomes brighter again. You smile differently-softer, more grateful, a little wiser.

Let your smile be one of happiness, not relief from the pain.
