You know, there are days when you want to cook not just "out of habit," but to experiment, to create something unusual... But at the same time, quickly and without unnecessary complexity.
That's how my little find was born: a warm salad with caramelized pear and feta cheese.
Yes, it sounds simple, but the taste is amazing! 😏
Imagine: a sweet, soft pear, lightly browned in a pan with honey and a pinch of cinnamon, contrasting with salty feta and crunchy nuts... And all this on a bed of fresh lettuce leaves with a light dressing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
It only took 20 minutes to prepare, and the result is a true feast for the taste buds.
And you know what's best?
I was surprised myself by how simple ingredients can take on a whole new meaning with a little imagination. 😌
I love preparing these little joys for myself and my loved ones.
