I think the best thing for me is to find my people—the ones who don't need everything explained. The ones who either share this understanding or respect it enough not to pick at it 💫 Life is too short to spend it constantly justifying yourself to people who've already decided you're wrong.

There's freedom in that, actually. Real freedom. When I stop performing my faith for skeptics and just... live it. When I stop trying to make it palatable and acceptable and just let it be what it is—important to me, central to me, non-negotiable for me 🌸

I think I also need to lean into the community of people who do understand. Who celebrate this part of me instead of criticizing it. Who can talk about God and love and meaning without it being a debate every single time 🙏 Because when I'm around those people, I don't feel like I have to defend myself. I can just be.

The best thing for me might be the simplest thing: stop using my energy to convince the unconvinceable, and start using it to deepen the relationships with people who genuinely care about me as I am 💕 Life gets so much lighter that way ✨
