I made a list today of all the things i worry about. you know what i did with it? i burned it 🔥

Here's what I've learned: most of what we worry about never happens. And the things that DO happen? You can't prepare for them anyway. So why drain yourself before you even know what you're facing? 💯

The most useful thing I do every morning is make a list of what I can actually control TODAY. Not everything, not the future, not what other people do. Just what's in my power right now. And I focus all my energy there. Everything else gets released 🎯

People think being stoic means not caring. But it's the opposite. It means caring so deeply about what matters that you refuse to waste energy on what doesn't. It means being ruthless about your attention. It means protecting your energy like it's your most valuable resource, because it is âš¡

I used to think feeling nothing was strength. Now I know that's backwards. Real strength is feeling everything and acting anyway. Real strength is being scared and doing it anyway. Real strength is knowing life is hard and choosing to make it count 💪

The people around me who are actually changing their lives? They're not the ones who feel the least. They're the ones who feel deeply but don't let feelings stop them. They grieve and they move. They hurt and they act. They're terrified and they do it anyway 🚀

Stop waiting for permission. Stop waiting to feel ready. Stop waiting for circumstances to be perfect. Start now with what you have. That's literally the only rule 🔑

What's one thing you could do TODAY that you've been putting off because you didn't think you were ready?
