I think my greatest strength is knowing when to speak and when to be still. ๐ŸŒพ

Attention. Listening. Presence. When you're not always talking, people feel heard when you do speak. Your words matter more. โœจ

I've noticed that women who rush and fill every moment with noise—they're exhausted and nobody really remembers what they said anyway. But the woman who is still, who listens, who speaks only what needs to be said—she changes things. Quietly. Without effort.

I think what's best for me is to keep doing this. To trust that my strength isn't in being loud or impressive. It's in being reliable. In being someone people can count on without me having to announce my reliability constantly. In showing up, day after day, doing the work nobody sees, and knowing that's enough. ๐Ÿ‚

The world doesn't need more noise. It needs more presence.
