I love the process itself: the soft yarn in my hands, the quiet movements repeated over and over, and the gradual transformation of a ball of yarn into something real-warm, alive, and made with love.
Every piece has its own story. Sometimes I knit because I want to give warmth to someone close to me. Sometimes, because I want to try a new pattern. And sometimes I just want to sit with a cup of tea, turn on a TV show, and lose myself in the movements of my hands.
Knitting teaches patience. It shows that beauty is born gradually-stitch by stitch. And it also gives me confidence: I can create something with my own hands.
And yes, I get great joy when I can wear a sweater I knitted myself or give someone a scarf that will keep them warm in the winter.
