Responsibility for one’s own emotions

Emotional maturity does not come automatically with age. It is formed through experience, mistakes, and a willingness to look at oneself honestly.

I stopped shifting responsibility for my condition onto circumstances or people. Instead of reactions, there was a choice. Instead of impulses, there was a pause.

Being emotionally mature means acknowledging your feelings, but not letting them control your life. It is the ability to experience difficult moments without dramatization and escape.

Feminine strength lies in inner stability. In the ability to remain yourself even when the world is trying to upset your balance.
