But now I understand that some things cannot be taught through words. Some knowledge lives in your body. You learn it by watching, by doing, by feeling when something is ready, by knowing what the dough should feel like under your hands. 🥖

This is how much of life actually works, I think. We want instruction manuals for everything, but real knowledge comes from being present. From paying attention. From letting someone who knows show you, not tell you. 💭

There is a kind of wisdom that only transmission from one person to another can provide. My mother gave me more than recipes. She gave me confidence in my own instincts, because she showed me that her hands knew things before her mind did. 🌿
