The new year's wish that matters most
id: 10045767

Some wish for a new job. Others for more money or travel. Others for success, recognition, change.

And that's all normal. Everyone has their own path and their own dreams.

But with each passing year, I increasingly notice one simple thing: my wishes are becoming quieter, but more serious. I no longer want much; I want the present.

When the clock strikes twelve, my wish will be very simple, but the most important thing for me is to have a happy family and a reliable person by my side.

A person with whom I'm not afraid to be myself. With whom I can be silent and still feel warmth. A family where there is support, respect, laughter at the table, and a feeling that I'm not alone. Where we can make plans, argue, make peace, and move forward together.

I believe that wishes made with a pure heart will always find their way to fulfillment. Perhaps not right away. Perhaps not in the way we imagine. But exactly the way we truly need.

And you? What will you think about in the last seconds of the passing year? What is your truest wish right now?

May the New Year bring each of us what cannot be bought, but without which it is impossible to be truly happy.
