I didn’t start my blog to be popular.
I started it because I needed a place to be honest.
Psychology had always been personal for me.
Questions about attachment, emotions, fear, connection, loneliness.
Things we all feel — but rarely say out loud.
At first, I wrote only for myself.
Short texts. Simple thoughts.
No strategy, no expectations.
Then something unexpected happened.
People started writing to me.
Not hundreds — but real ones.
Messages that said:
“Thank you. I thought I was the only one who felt this way.”
“You described exactly what I couldn’t put into words.”
That’s when I realized something important:
When you speak honestly, you create space for others to be honest too.
My blog slowly became more than a page.
It became a place where people felt safe.
Where they could ask questions, share stories, admit doubts without being judged.
I’m not trying to teach anyone how to live.
I simply write about understanding yourself better.
About emotions, boundaries, relationships, healing.
And the fact that people come — read, reflect, trust me with their thoughts — means everything.
I’m grateful for this path.
For the conversations.
For the quiet connection that grows when words are real.
Sometimes the most meaningful things begin very simply.
With honesty.
And the courage to speak.
