Loneliness at this moment may seem more acute than usual, but this is only an optical illusion caused by the contrast with the New Year's bustle.

During this period, I often think about how we tend to look for external sources of heating - literally and figuratively. It seems to us that a new love will instantly brighten up the gray days. We are talking about simple but effective things: quality sleep, taking care of the body and returning to hobbies for which there was not enough time in December. When we stop waiting for another person to save us from the blues, we become much more attractive to worthy partners.

When the blues recede (and they will certainly recede with the first rays of the February sun), you will find yourself renewed, calm and completely ready for a new meeting.
